Updated 23 September 2026. This notice describes the data used by the Astara4d website and its current account, reading and support features.

Information you provide

Creating an account stores your email, password hash and profile information you choose to provide, such as your name, birth date and zodiac sign. A reading may use birth time, location, names, questions and other details entered for that service. Saved readings and chat conversations are linked to your account. Support submissions store your name, email, subject and message.

Palm image analysis sends your uploaded image to the AI provider for interpretation. The saved reading retains the result and image fingerprint, rather than the raw uploaded image. Only submit images and personal details you have permission to use.

Why the platform uses this information

Astara4d uses these records to sign you in, produce the readings you request, show your history, administer premium access, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Administrators can access information needed to operate and support the service.

Service providers and public content

• OpenAI processes prompts and relevant reading or conversation inputs when an AI interpretation is requested. Image interpretation includes the submitted image. Provider processing and retention are separate from deletion of an Astara4d history entry.
• Replicate receives prompts used to create public editorial imagery. Generated blog images may be stored and served by Astara4d or configured object storage.
• Stripe handles payment details on its checkout and billing pages. Astara4d stores billing identifiers, subscription state and transaction records; it does not store your full payment card number.
• Resend processes recipient addresses and account email content when email delivery is configured, including verification and password reset messages.
• Cloudflare handles delivery and security of traffic reaching the public site, including network request information.

Public blog articles and editorial images may be published to connected social platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord and video services. Ordinary private account readings and chat histories are not selected by the editorial publishing automation. Following a social link takes you to that platform and its own privacy terms.

Cookies and measurement

Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” on the public production website. It receives general page and service categories and successful sign-in or account-creation events, not names, email addresses, birth details, questions, reading results, chat messages or support messages. Query strings, URL fragments and article slugs are excluded. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Google may process technical device and connection information as part of measurement; see Google’s privacy notice.

Use “Cookie settings” to decline or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawing removes the Google runtime and measurement cookies from this browser. It does not erase information already received by Google. The browser remembers your choice for up to 180 days, after which it asks again. Administrator pages and CMS previews are excluded from Google measurement.

Session and security cookies support login and request protection. Optional browser blog measurement also follows your analytics choice and records page activity such as reading time and clicks; a browser session identifier in session storage reduces duplicate counts. Server-side article request counts, operational logs and usage counters separately help operate the site, diagnose failures and apply service limits.

Retention and deletion

Account records, saved readings, conversations and support messages remain in the database until removed through the available controls or by an administrator. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently applied to these records. Backup copies can remain until rotated, and external providers apply their own retention arrangements.

You can delete individual saved readings from the history controls and delete chat sessions. This removes the corresponding entry from the active Astara4d database; it does not recall information already processed by an external provider.

Your questions and requests

Use support to request access, correction, an export or account deletion, or to ask about this notice. Include the email associated with your account. The administrator must confirm account ownership before disclosing data or taking account-wide action. Do not include your password or payment card number.
