Updated 23 September 2026. These terms describe use of the Astara4d website and its reading, account and subscription features.
What the service provides
Astara4d offers divination, symbolic interpretation and personal reflection content for entertainment and exploration. Tarot, astrology, numerology, Human Design, I-Ching and palm interpretations do not establish facts about your future or determine what you should do. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete.
Readings and conversations are not medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for emergencies or decisions requiring qualified professional help.
Your account and content
Use an email address you control, keep your password private and provide only information or images you have permission to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Use the password recovery flow or contact support if you lose access.
Do not misuse the service to harass others, access another person’s account, distribute unlawful content, defeat access controls or overload the platform. Automated abuse and attempts to bypass usage limits can be restricted.
Free and premium features
Feature access and usage limits are shown in the service and subscription screens. Premium access remains subject to reasonable request, concurrency and provider availability limits. A service error does not mean a reading or external action was successfully completed.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Review the price, currency and recurring billing interval displayed by Stripe before confirming a purchase. Only a trial explicitly shown in checkout applies to that purchase.
Existing subscribers can open the billing management portal from the premium page to manage or cancel their subscription. Review the effective date displayed by Stripe. If that portal is unavailable, submit a billing request through support.
Refund questions are reviewed through support; this page does not promise an automatic refund or a money-back period. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Availability and changes
The site depends on hosting, network, payment and AI providers. Maintenance and provider failures can interrupt features. Prices or feature availability can change; review the current offer before starting a new subscription. Contact support about a paid feature that is unavailable.
